Use this template to explain your company values or culture in a more natural context and highlight great people in your organisation. An ideal format to create a series.
This is a step-by-step guide on how you use this template to write your year in review video script.
Use people from every part of the company, from entry-level to executives.
Use a relevant stock or company image/video clip and a portrait of the person you are quoting.
Formulate the questions outlined in the writing guide and get the answer from the person you will focus on in the video.
Use an introspective question to start this video with a humble tone.
Examples:
“We say that we believe in [Value], but do we really?”
“When we are guided by this [Value], what does that mean?”
Now address the person who will answer directly. Repeat the question (approximately) and refer to them by name.
Example:
“[Previous Question]... can you explain this for us, [Name Surname]?”.
Try to stick as closely to the original answer as possible, but you may need to edit it a bit to make it snappy and to the point.
Include a standard message for the outro, if needed. Leave empty if you just want to use your logo.
