Need to remind people about organisational policy without them zoning out? This is the format for you!
Check it out!
In this format, you are reminding people about things that are forgotten, unclear, or that are important for them to be aware of from your organisation’s handbook.
This is a step-by-step guide on how you use this template to write your year in review video script.
This will likely come about when you need to point out something about your policies, such as rules, perks, or processes.
Use stock images or video clips that relate to the topic.
This very simple format is made up of only two parts – a headline that identifies the topic and a short descriptive text that provides the viewer with some context.
Write a straightforward headline about the topic, and point out that it’s a reminder.
Examples:
“Do you remember [X]…”,
“Something that some of you may have missed…”.
“It’s high time we remind everyone about [Y]…”
Give some more context and information on the topic. Mention where the information is taken from (a handbook or similar document) and let your colleagues know that they can find more information there.
Include a standard message for the outro, if needed. Or just use a simple logo ending.
There is a lot more templates here for you. Take a look around and find one that suits you. Or you can find all the templates in Storykit.
