About us & Branding Videos
A short portrait of a central character in the history of your organisation.
Check it out!
A great format for organisations with a long history since it’s all about looking back and highlighting a relevant person as a way to showcase an aspect of the organisation’s rich past.
This is a step-by-step guide on how you use this template to write your year in review video script.
Choose a significant person connected to the organisation’s past. Someone that has had an impact on the organisation as it is today.
A few different images or videos clips of this person to use at various points in the video.
Create a portrait of this figure focusing on two angles: where they came from and what their input has meant or continue to means to the organisation.
Add some “oomph” into this headline by playing on movie titles, song names, or other historical facts. This is how you will pique your audience’s interest and get them to stop scrolling, so over-dramatise it a bit if you need to. Just make sure to allude to what the person did.
Use this section to give a brief background on this person in a way that is relevant to the context of them working at your organisation. Allow this to take up some time, but keep it within the scope of the video and relevant to your audience.
Now explain why this person was essential to your organisation. What did they do, and how did that impact the organisation? If they are still active, what are they doing now?
Include a standard message for the outro, if needed. Leave empty if you just want to use your logo.
