Internal Communication Videos
Put a spotlight on a company update by making it more personal with a quote.

This is a newsletter-style video that engages the audience by using a quote to highlight the news. This is a less structured format which allows you to inject a bit more personality into the script.
This is a step-by-step guide on how you use this template to write your year in review video script.
Use any updates that make sense coming from a particular person in your organisation. Whether that’s an update on what a particular team has been working on or some exciting organisational changes.
Use a high-quality photo or video of the person giving the quote.
This is very simple to produce. Just write a heading to summarise and collect a quote for the update part of the video.
For your headline, summarise the related period or topic of the update – but don’t use anything from the quote yet. Give the headline an editorial feel to draw in the viewer.
Examples:
“September was deployment month”
“All-time high in incoming calls last week”
Ask the person to tell a story about a certain period of time, a process, or project. This is relatively free-form, but they should be asked to round up important events, findings, and deliveries. Suggest to use a more informal tone and perspective than used in external communications.
Include a standard message for the outro, if needed. Or just use a simple logo ending.
